Monday – Friday, 6:30 pm

Join us every weeknight from 6:30—7:30 pm at the YMCA for Free Food for Kids. Kids up to age 18 can stop by our multipurpose room for a delicious meal—no strings attached!

But wait, there’s more: we’ve got activities from 5:30—6:30 pm. Best of all, it’s open to ALL kids in the community, and there’s no need to register or meet any income requirements. Spread the word and join us for a fun and fulfilling evening!

BACKPACK PROGRAM

Each Friday 6:30 pm*

Join us Friday night for a meal and take home nutritious foods and snacks for the weekend. Let us fill your child’s backpack so they’re ready to learn on Monday. This program is open to any child and registration is not required.

BLESSING BAG PROGRAM

Free Blessing Bag distributions are announced to the community on the Oil City YMCA Facebook page. Families with children are invited to sign up for the limited bag distribution. All food items are geared towards youth meals and snacks. Pick-up is typically at the Oil City YMCA on a scheduled date. You will be asked to sign up in advance.

“BE THE LIGHT” SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM

FREE Summer Food Program! Help keep your pantry stocked and stretch your budget this summer with the “Be the Light” food program. This program will help distribute bulk meals to children 18 years and under who live in Venango County. If you would like your child to receive food from this program this summer. This program provides FIVE (5) breakfasts and FIVE (5) lunches to every child in the household 18 years and under.

Time: Every Thursday from 4:30pm – 5:30pm
