9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. This service is FREE FOR YMCA MEMBERS, $2 per hour per child for non-members.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR YMCA PROGRAMS:

- You may register on this web site by clicking the On-Line Registration button found on the top left of any web page.
- You may download and print some registration forms at www.oilcityymca.org/resources and mail the completed form along with your payment.

TAE KWON DO AGES 6 THROUGH ADULT
Classes meet on Wednesdays in the multipurpose room from 6:30—8 pm with Chris Blauser. Six week session fee is $22 Members and $32 Non-Members.
- Winter Session: January 8 – February 12
Luncheons are held monthly at the Oil City YMCA. Gather with friends and socialize while eating some great food! We ask that you pre-register prior to each luncheon and bring a covered dish to share!
- December 13: Breakfast with Santa! Bring your favorite breakfast dish to share. (11 am)
- January 17: Blizzardy Baked Potato Bar! Bring your favorite potato topper, side dish or dessert to share! Senior Open House Event—Bring a Friend at no charge! (11 am)
- February 14: “For the Love of Soup” Bring a soup, salad, bread or dessert to share. (11am). Learn to cook chili with Amy Folwell..
Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America. The game is played in the YMCA gymnasium and utilizes a paddle and a pickleball. The YMCA has three pickleball courts for casual and competitive play. Beginners are encouraged to attend Wednesday mornings to learn the game and skills from more experienced players. FREE for Members; $5 Drop-in fee for non-members

ADULT PICK-UP BASKETBALL
Winter adult (18+) “pick-up” basketball begins January 7. Pick-up basketball will be held every Tuesday night from 7-9 pm through March. Free for Members; $2 Drop-in Fee for Non-members.
Showcase your lifting skills at our Powerlifting Meet held on Saturday, February 29 in the Gym. Weigh-ins start at 8:30 am and lifts begin at 9:30 am. Divisions are split by age and weight. Meet will consist of three lifts: bench, squat and deadlift. Reg. by Feb. 13 to guarantee a shirt. $25/Members; $37/Non-members
SENIOR OPEN HOUSE
Mark your calendar for Friday, January 17 from 8:30 am to 12:45 pm for a free luncheon and open house, open to the community. We will be offering a free intro to fitness class in the wellness center at 8:30 am, free SilverSneaker exercise class at 8:30 am, Arthritis Aquatics class in the pool at 9:00 am, Pickleball in the gym from 9-11 am, Water Aerobics at 10 am, and a luncheon at 11 am. LEARN TO RUN A 5K
Become stronger, healthier and faster with each step! Pick up your training schedule at the front desk. Schedule your running sessions each week with Katie Roth! All ability levels are welcome. Sign up with a friend and stay committed together! This program is taught by Katie Roth and is ongoing! Register now for $20 at the Membership Desk.
CARDIAC REHABILITATION – PHASE III & HEALTHY FRIENDS GROUP EXERCISE PROGRAM
For individuals having completed Cardiac Rehab Phase I and Phase II or for those who would like supervision in an exercise program. Program offered between the hours of 7:30 and 9:45 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Monthly fee $15 members/$25 non-members.
Train three times a week by appointment with a personal coach. Monthly fee $50 members/$75 non-members.

SMART START PROGRAM – FREE PROGRAM FOR NEW MEMBERS
Smart Start is a program that provides you with the tools you need to reach your fitness goals in the first month of your membership. The program is customized to your needs and will help you set attainable goals and provide the ongoing support necessary for your success. In three short meetings, we can take you from an exercise skeptic to a confident individual who is excited about working out. In just a few sessions, you will gain the tools and resources that will help you succeed! Register at the Membership Desk. The program is free.
Under the direction of a YMCA Trainer, we’ll assess your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. You will also be weighed and measured along with a flexibility, strength and endurance test. This will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and help you to determine a work out plan to achieve your fitness goals. FREE for members by appointment.
