YMCA Yoga Class Emphasizes Flexiblity, Strength, Balance and Relaxation - blog post image

Yoga is a practice of mind and body exercises which emphasizes flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, breathing, balance, and relaxation. 

Yoga with Tracy Pettit is a popular class at the Oil City YMCA. It is offered on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats.

The current session begain on Wednesday, October 25, but that doesn't mean you need to wait! Drop-in to any class for just $5 per class for members and $10 for non-members.

The six-week class session will run through November 29. The cost is $25.00 per session for members and $50.00 per session for non-members. Members can drop-in to any class for $5.00, and non-members can drop-in for $10.00 per class.
