9-11:30 am Monday through Friday and 5-8 pm Monday and Wednesday. This service is FREE FOR YMCA MEMBERS, $2 per hour per child for non-members.

ADULT BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Our adult league is for ages 17 and up and begins January 11. Teams must include a minimum of seven (7) players, and can have a maximum of 12. Teams will play at least six (6) games in the round-robin style regular season. A single elimination playoff tournament will follow the season. Sponsorships are encouraged. Special savings available for full college student teams. Games will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Cost is $250 per team.
Luncheons are held monthly at the Oil City YMCA. Gather with friends and socialize while eating some great food! We ask that you pre-register prior to each luncheon and bring a covered dish to share!

LEARN TO RUN A 5K
Become stronger, faster and healthier with each step. All ability levels are welcome to participate. Training will be twice a week with Katie Port in the Wellness Center. Commit with a friend and stick to your goal. Sign-up at the Member Service Desk for $20.

Adult Roller Hockey
Adult Roller Hockey Leagues are held throughout the year at the Hasson Heights Dek Hockey Facility. You don’t need a team. Our Roller Hockey Staff will connect you with players of your skill level. Beginner Leagues are also available! Please visit the DEK on the Y website or contact Tim Heffernan at 814-673-5072 if you have questions.
Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. The YMCA will provide equipment needed, or you may bring your own. Pickleball open play for all ages will be available on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am—12 pm and on Saturday from 8 am—10 am. Learn skills from 8 am—9 am Tuesdays and Thursdays. This class will consist of an intense series of 30 second intervals utilizing various exercises involving the battle ropes, free weights, and various plyometric movements.
Burn calories and improve cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. Class provides motivating music and is modified for all levels!
An interval class that mixes cardio and strength training. Target a variety of muscle groups with each exercise! Modifications will be provided for all levels.
Our body bar class emphasizes full-body conditioning through every range of motion. This class focuses on muscular strength, stamina, and agility.
Build strength and endurance throughout the entire body. Each movement incorporates a variety of muscle groups which will create a leaner, tighter figure.
Everybody wants better abs! But more than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength. This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus. Other muscle group exercises may be included in the class.
Burn calories and strengthen your entire body with a balance of exercises between upper body, lower body, and core. Designed circuit stations in the Training Room that utilize the TRX bands, plyo boxes, and much more. This class will be designed to be a HIGH intensity class and you will be sure to get a great total body workout.
This class will provide a variety of free-weight exercises that will tone and tighten the entire body. The use of high repetitions and lighter weights will allow each participant to build strength, add definition, and reach his or her strength goals.
The class begins with dynamic stretches, which warm the body and increase flexibility through movement. Restorative stretch helps maintain mobility, prevent injury and increase physical performance.

For individuals having completed Phase I and Phase II. Program offered between the hours of 7:30 and 9:45 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Monthly fee $13 members/$25non-members.
Train three times a week by appointment with a personal coach. Monthly fee $50 members/$75 non-members.

Under the direction of a YMCA Trainer, you'll ride a stationary bike to help assess your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. You will also be weighed and measured along with a flexibility, strength and endurance test. This will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and help you to determine a work out plan to achieve your fitness goals. FREE for members by appointment.
